Please note: Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii, and P.O. Boxes may take 5–8 business days and may incur additional fees.

2. Multi-Warehouse Fulfillment

To minimize transit time, your order may be split into multiple shipments if items are coming from different regional warehouses. You will receive a unique tracking number for each package at no additional cost to you.

3. Order Processing Time

  • Same-Day Processing: Orders placed before 2:00 PM EST (Monday–Friday) are typically processed and sent to our fulfillment centers the same day.
  • Weekend Orders: Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will be processed on the following Monday.

4. Carriers We Use

We partner with the most trusted national carriers to ensure your baby gear arrives safely:
  • FedEx (Standard & Home Delivery)
  • UPS (Ground & Next Day Air)
  • USPS (Priority Mail for smaller accessories)

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been handed over to the carrier, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). You can track your package directly on the carrier’s website or via our Order Status page.

6. Shipping Restrictions

  • International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within the United States.
  • Freight Items: Some oversized items (e.g., specific furniture or heavy playards) may require scheduled freight delivery. Our team will contact you to coordinate a delivery window if this applies to your order.

7. Damaged or Missing Shipments

If your package arrives damaged or is marked as delivered but cannot be found, please contact our Customer Support Team immediately at support@kidsykid.shop or call us at 1-617-634-5125. We will open an investigation with the carrier and ensure a replacement is sent if necessary.
