At Kidsykid Shop, we want you and your little one to be 100% happy with your purchase. We understand that sometimes a product might not be the perfect fit for your family. That’s why we offer a straightforward and stress-free return process.

1. 30-Day Happiness Guarantee

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return any item purchased from our site. Whether you changed your mind or the color isn’t what you expected, we’ve got you covered.

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for a full refund, items must meet the following criteria:
  • Condition: Items must be in their original, unused condition (unwashed and with all original tags attached).
  • Packaging: Please return items in their original packaging to ensure safe transit back to our warehouse.
  • Safety Note: For safety and hygiene reasons, car seats and feeding accessories that have been opened or installed cannot be returned unless they have a manufacturing defect.

3. How to Start a Return

We’ve made it simple:
  1. Contact Us: Email our support team at support@kidsykid.shop with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
  2. Get Your Label: Once approved, we will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on where to send your package.
  3. Ship It Back: Securely pack your item and drop it off at the nearest [FedEx/UPS] location.

4. Return Shipping Costs

  • Defective or Wrong Items: If we made a mistake or the item arrived damaged, we will cover 100% of the return shipping costs.
  • Standard Returns: For all other returns (change of mind, etc.), the customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. We can provide a discounted prepaid shipping label, the cost of which will be deducted from your final refund.

5. Fast Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at one of our regional warehouses, we will process your refund within 3–5 business days. The credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, etc.).
Note: It may take an additional 2–7 business days for your bank to post the transaction to your account.

6. Exchanges

Need a different color or model? The fastest way to get what you need is to place a new order and return your original item for a full refund.

7. Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize your case and send a replacement at no extra cost to you.
