Description

Convenience multiplied! Purchase an additional base for your Fit360® Rotating Convertible Car Seat (sold separately). With secure, one-time installation, the second base can be used in another vehicle allowing you to move the Fit360® seat from base-to-base.

Installing the Fit360® into your vehicle is as simple as open-route-close with innovative one-time seat belt installation. Open the LeverLock door on the Fit360® base and route the seat belt using the easy-access belt guides. The car’s shoulder and lap belts follow their natural path through the guides for trouble-free belt routing. The built-in LeverLock self-tensioning lock system offers superior stability with three points of contact for continuous use from rear-facing through forward-facing usage. By simply closing and latching the LeverLock door, the vehicle belt is tightened in a way that eliminates any movement from front-to-back or side-to-side. This provides a secure installation with minimal effort, ensuring reliable stability over time. Top tether can be used in both and travel.

The Fit360® base offers two level indicators and a 6-position leveling system making installation a breeze and providing a secure fit in your vehicle.

Once the base is installed in your vehicle, insert the seat into the base, secure your child and rotate into a ready-to-ride position. The visual red and green found on both sides of the base clearly indicate if the seat is properly positioned (green) or not (red) for travel in a moving vehicle.

We want you to be completely satisfied with Kidsykid products as well as your shopping experience with us. Nonetheless, we understand that sometimes items need to be returned. If you need to make a return, we accept returns of purchases from Kidsykid.shop within 30 days after purchase

All returned merchandise must be in new, unused condition in the original packaging. All product parts and packaging materials must be returned including the instruction manual and registration card to receive a full refund. Once received in our warehouse, the item will be inspected for condition and complete contents. We reserve the right to refuse a return and deny credit.

To start the Return process

  1. Please contact Kidsykid Shop USA Customer Service to obtain a Return Authorization. You may email us or call us at 1-617-634-5125. Without a Return Authorization, we cannot accept any returned merchandise.
  2. Pack and then label the carton with the Return Authorization number. If possible, use the original packaging.
  3. Ship the return merchandise using your carrier of choice. For your protection, please use a carrier with tracking capability such as FedEx or UPS.

Gift Returns: If you received your item as a gift, you have 30 days to return your item. You must include the original packslip or other proof of purchase. Upon receipt of your merchandise return, you will receive a merchandise credit to our online store.

Refunds: Refunds will be issued in the same form as original payment unless otherwise noted. Refunds will be for the total cost of the merchandise purchased plus any sales tax paid. Shipping costs are not refundable. It may take up to 14 days to process your return once the product has been received at our warehouse and the return has been approved. You can expect to see a credit refund in approximately 30 days from return receipt. To check on the status, please contact Customer Service at 1-617-634-5125.

Return Status: Please confirm via your delivery courier that we have received your returned merchandise. If you would like to check the status of your return, please contact Kidsykid Shop USA Customer Service at 1-617-634-5125.

Return Fees: Customer is responsible for all return shipping fees. We recommend you use a carrier with tracking capability such as FedEx or UPS. Kidsykid Shop USA is not responsible for merchandise which is lost or stolen in transit. Kidsykid does not charge a restocking fee.

Damaged/Defective Merchandise: If upon delivery your item is damaged or defective, please contact Customer Service immediately at 1-617-634-5125.

Exclusions: Returns without a valid Return Authorization number will not be accepted. Returns without proof of purchase may be limited. We do not accept returns from other retailers. We do not accept returns of assembled product unless damaged or defective.
